As a prime contractor, Auza Contracting installed the backbone wet utility infrastructure for a community development that will deliver over 1,200 new housing units. The work includes installation of over 22,000’ of potable and non-potable waterlines ranging from 4” to 16”, as well as over 2,600’ of gravity and force main sewer, and over 3,500’ of reinforced concrete storm drain pipe up to 48” in diameter. The project included installation of 28 streetlights along the main thoroughfare.
